1. SCOPE OF SERVICES & SYSTEM UPTIME
The Provider warrants a 99.95% monthly availability for all autonomous RAG nodes and vector query pipelines. In the event uptime falls below 99.90%, the Client shall receive a 15% service credit against the following month's metered billing invoice.

2. DATA RESIDENCY & ZERO RETENTION GUARANTEE
All enterprise embeddings, raw documents, and customer communications processed by Provider nodes remain entirely within client-designated Cloudflare D1 and Vectorize partitions. Provider shall not use Client data to train public baseline foundation models.

3. OUTCOME-BASED TASK FEES & RECONCILIATION
Completed support resolutions are billed at $0.99 per verified ticket. Financial document audits are post-billed at $0.49 per reconciled document. Postpaid invoices are generated on the 1st of each calendar month with NET-30 payment terms via Dodo Payments metered usage record webhooks.

4. INCIDENT ESCALATION & P1 RESPONSE PROTOCOL
P1 critical outages require a 15-minute engineering response window. Technical escalations bypass standard ticketing and page the Lead Solutions Architect on duty directly via WhatsApp Cloud and PagerDuty webhooks.
