Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 23, 2026

Welcome to NVCN AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NVCN AI platform, services, APIs, and Sovereign Enclave infrastructure (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Sovereign Infrastructure & Data Sovereignty

NVCN AI operates on a strictly "sovereign-by-design" architecture. This means:

  • Zero Retention on Production: Our deployed enterprise models do not retain, log, or train on your proprietary queries or data inputs unless explicitly opted into a continuous improvement pipeline.
  • Cryptographic Auditing: All events in the workspace are logged to an immutable, cryptographic ledger for compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC2, CMMC) purposes. You have full control over exporting or resetting this ledger.

2. Service Level & Telemetry

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our core routing and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) anchors. Maintenance is actively scheduled and communicated via your dashboard. We employ automated shard repair protocols to maintain state parity in the event of hardware degradation.

3. Account & Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptographic keys and API tokens. Billing for our "Atelier" tier is processed monthly. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire but are non-refundable. All payment processing is securely handled by our PCI-compliant partners (e.g., Dodo Payments).

4. Limitation of Liability

NVCN AI provides tools for automated compliance mapping, redlining, and wealth intelligence. However, our models do not constitute legal or financial advice. The final review and execution of any output generated by the Shield remains the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to upload malware, illicit material, or attempt to compromise the cryptographic integrity of the consensus shards.
